Scoring:
The competition is based on total Body-Fat % Change (pounds of fat lost and pounds of muscle gained) during competition weigh-ins throughout the contest, participants will be graded on the following criteria:
- +2 Points for every pound of fat lost
- +1 Point for every pound of muscle gained
- -1 Point for every pound of muscle lost
- -2 Points for every pound of fat gained
Weigh-ins will occur every 1-2 weeks; standings will be announced at the end of the week on weeks 4 and week 6 and again at the final 10th week weigh-in.
